Advania Tops Two Categories in Sweden’s Largest Supplier Quality Review

Advania ranks among the top five leading IT providers in both Infrastructure & Operations and End-User IT in Radar’s annual Vendor Quality review. This recognition, based on over 1,300 customer evaluations, confirms Advania’s strong position as a long-term, business-critical IT partner in the Swedish market.

The results from Radar Vendor Quality 2026 are now published. This review is Sweden’s largest quantitative customer survey of perceived quality and value creation in the IT market. In this year’s study, more than 1,300 Swedish organisations evaluated their IT providers across factors such as quality, collaboration, competence and delivery capability.

Advania places in the top five in two categories: Infrastructure & Operations and End-User IT. The achievement stands out in a market climate where overall customer satisfaction is declining and demands for stability, transparency and continuity are increasing.

“Radar Vendor Quality 2026 shows that customers, despite uncertainty and overall lower satisfaction, reward providers who deliver core strengths with high quality. This underlines the value of strong, proactive partnerships and makes leading vendors even more sought after compared to the average,” says Janko Lind, CEO of Radar.

For Advania, the result is proof of a long-term focus on quality, close cooperation and solutions that strengthen customers’ digital resilience in an increasingly complex environment.

“That our customers rank us highest in both Infrastructure & Operations and End-User IT is a very strong acknowledgment. It shows that our focus on stable platforms, high delivery quality and people with the right skills makes a real difference in customers’ daily operations,” says Tomas Wanselius, CEO of Advania Sweden.

“In a time of rising threats, faster change and new efficiency demands, IT becomes a strategic enabler. Our ambition is to continue combining innovation with robust and sustainable solutions that create long-term business value for our customers,” he adds.

Radar’s review shows that IT decision-makers increasingly seek providers who can act as strategic partners—capable of ensuring stable operations while driving development forward. This perspective aligns with Advania’s strategic focus on digital resilience, innovation and sustainable IT solutions.
