Everon Nattuggla AI monitoring system is a new solution from Everon Group that brings AI-driven digital monitoring to the health and social care sector. The system continuously tracks movement, falls and activity in real time to increase safety and support residents’ independence.
The system automatically recognizes key events—such as a person falling, leaving a bed or chair, or exiting a room—without the need for additional sensors or wearable devices. Developed in partnership with HEPRO and integrated into the Everon EMA app, Nattuggla enables care staff to identify and respond to potential risks quickly and efficiently, without routing every alert through an external alarm centre first.
Through the EMA app, care teams receive and manage Nattuggla alerts, communicate directly via the system and take action on incidents, saving time and eliminating the need to switch between multiple platforms. Nattuggla provides 24/7 support so caregivers can deliver the right care at the right moment with minimal disruption. Built-in security and automatic pixelation protect privacy by only showing caregivers the information they need without revealing identities.
The solution is available in Sweden, the United Kingdom and Finland via Everon’s regional teams. It represents an important advance in Everon’s mission to deliver smart, connected solutions that empower care teams and improve quality of life for residents in sheltered housing, care homes and other living environments.
Maud Waltersson, CEO of Everon Sweden, says:
“Nattuggla represents the next step in intelligent, preventive care. It is a discreet system that works seamlessly in our ecosystem and provides real-time insights without compromising dignity or independence.
By integrating digital monitoring into the EMA app we create a unified environment for proactive care—providing peace of mind for relatives, efficiency for caregivers and safety for residents.”
Nattuggla provides round-the-clock monitoring that safeguards both independence and privacy. Using discreet infrared cameras and AI, and sharing data only with authorised care staff, the system helps ensure residents remain safe, supported and treated with respect.
“We are pleased to announce the expansion of our partnership with Everon Group into the United Kingdom, Sweden and Finland. This launch confirms the value we create together and aligns with our long-term strategy to make high-quality digital healthcare solutions available to more people, regardless of where they live.
Through this collaboration people in these countries can now access the latest digital monitoring technology, Nattuggla. We are proud of what we have achieved with Everon Group so far and look forward to deepening the partnership in the years ahead,” comments Geir Tore Jakobsen, CEO of HEPRO.
Everon’s unique technology and services form an advanced ecosystem that enables healthcare, social care and housing providers to use data for better decision-making and improved care. A recent partnership with Howz, specialists in behaviour monitoring and care analytics, produced a combined platform and reporting tool that supports faster, better-informed decisions, enhances quality of life and increases care efficiency.
