Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched Rapid Outcome AI, a new enterprise platform designed to help organizations move more quickly from AI experimentation to full production use.
Built on NVIDIA technology, the platform leverages generative AI, computer vision and industry-specific AI models to accelerate automation and operational insight across sectors such as manufacturing, telecommunications, banking and retail. By automating decision-making, increasing transparency and reducing manual tasks, companies can raise productivity and shorten time-to-value for AI initiatives.
John Fanelli, Vice President for Enterprise Software at NVIDIA, said: “The combination of TCS Rapid Outcome AI with NVIDIA’s AI platform enables organizations to accelerate development and deployment of AI applications that deliver tangible business outcomes.”
Amit Kapur, Chief AI and Services Transformation Officer at TCS, commented: “TCS Rapid Outcome AI pairs our contextual domain expertise and industry knowledge with NVIDIA’s advanced AI infrastructure. The platform delivers operational intelligence and persona-driven experiences to scale AI across the enterprise.”
Platform capabilities
TCS Rapid Outcome AI is built on NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure and blends industry-tailored AI solutions with high-performance computing. The design enables organizations to integrate AI into existing workflows quickly, securely and at scale.
- AI at scale: Leveraging NVIDIA’s compute capabilities, companies can simulate and validate operational decisions before rolling them out. For example, using NVIDIA Omniverse, telecom infrastructure scenarios can be visualized as digital twins to assess safety and efficiency.
- Operational intelligence: The platform uses NVIDIA Metropolis to create computer-vision agents that deliver real-time operational intelligence. This supports monitoring of factory floors, warehouses, retail environments and telecom networks to detect safety risks or quality issues early.
- Persona-based enterprise AI: Using NVIDIA NIM microservices, the platform can build AI assistants tailored to specific roles—customer service, IT operations or technical decision support. These assistants provide fast access to relevant information and help employees work more effectively.
TCS and NVIDIA will jointly support clients in deploying these industry-specific AI solutions. TCS Rapid Outcome AI was showcased at NVIDIA’s GTC 2026 conference.
