Progress launches Web Application Firewall for MOVEit Cloud
Progress today announced that its Web Application Firewall (WAF) is now included with MOVEit Cloud, the company’s managed file transfer solution. The built-in WAF blocks malicious web traffic and protects sensitive data, helping organizations meet the latest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS 4.0). Since recent rules require organizations to implement a WAF in front of public-facing applications by March 31, 2025, this new capability will be essential for many deployments.
