Pax8 Expands Marketplace and Launches AI-Powered Growth Program for MSPs

Pax8, one of the leading cloud-based commerce platforms, has announced new enhancements to its Marketplace and launched Data and AI Guided Growth, an AI-driven growth program designed to help MSPs scale using emerging technologies.

Integrations Hub and Public Storefronts — new features in Pax8 Marketplace

Pax8 has introduced two major updates to its Marketplace: Integrations Hub and Public Storefronts.

The Integrations Hub represents a paradigm shift in how MSPs build technical solutions for their customers,” says Libby McIlhany, Product Lead at Pax8. “Partners can now discover, connect and manage all integrations from a single interface.”

Integrations Hub enables streamlined, secure connections to external tools using OAuth authentication. Users can subscribe to events and leverage webhooks to create automated workflows. The platform also includes Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers — a capability that links AI agents with traditional software, simplifying the orchestration of intelligent processes.

At the same time, Pax8 has launched Public Storefronts, a tool that lets MSPs showcase their service portfolios to prospective customers. Public Storefronts can be published within the Pax8 ecosystem or embedded directly on a partner’s own website. Features such as lead generation, brand customization, and fast activation open new avenues for revenue and customer acquisition.

Data and AI Guided Growth — the next-generation toolset for MSPs

Pax8 is also rolling out the next phase of its Guided Growth learning model: Data and AI Guided Growth, a program focused on AI and data. The curriculum is designed to help MSPs take their first practical steps with AI and to support business development for SMB customers.

“This is a tool that helps businesses grow and meet future needs,” says Craig Donovan, Chief Experience Officer at Pax8. “We support our partners as they move from traditional service delivery to Managed Intelligence — where they deliver measurable outcomes powered by AI.”

The program begins with a self-assessment that evaluates a partner’s current capabilities and aligns them with targeted learning content. Assessment results automatically recommend the most relevant modules, guiding partners toward improved business skills and greater operational efficiency through AI adoption. Training emphasizes practical application, measurable business value, and continuous improvement, with the goal of equipping MSPs to lead AI conversations, develop data-driven offerings, and drive transformative results for their customers.
