T.Loop (Therma Loop AB), a Swedish cleantech company developing climate-smart data center solutions, has completed a successful new share issue and raised SEK 33 million. The capital will be used to accelerate the company’s expansion, recruit key staff and advance development of its innovative Data Energy Centers® — a circular data center concept that recovers excess heat for district heating.
Stronger financial base enables growth and international expansion
The new issue, approved at an extraordinary general meeting on February 14, 2025, gives T.Loop the means to scale operations rapidly. The funds will be allocated to:
- Hiring key expertise in engineering, sales and project management
- Speeding up the rollout of new Data Energy Centers®
- Expanding into new markets both within and beyond Sweden
- Strengthening the company’s research and development in sustainable data infrastructure
