Copilot Capital, a venture capital firm focused on supporting Europe’s most promising software companies, has completed a majority investment in Zendr, a fast-growing B2B logistics platform that simplifies and streamlines shipping for businesses.

Rapid growth journey
Founded in 2020 by Mathias Rebane and Johan Sund, Zendr has grown quickly from 2 to over 50 employees. Serving more than 2,000 customers, the company has established itself as Sweden’s leading digital freight partner for small and medium-sized businesses. Through a user-friendly logistics platform, consolidated carrier agreements and expert support, customers can lower costs and save up to 75% of the time typically spent booking and managing shipments.
Earlier this year Zendr acquired GOT Solution, marking the start of a broader acquisition strategy that increases volumes and strengthens value for both customers and carriers. Copilot Capital’s investment is the next step in this expansion.
Strategic partnership
– “Zendr has built an impressive business by solving real challenges for SMEs that lack logistics expertise,” says John Messer, Managing Partner at Copilot Capital. “We will work closely with the team to scale the business, enter new markets and deepen customer relationships. The combination of technology and freight expertise makes Zendr ready to move from a Swedish market leader to a European player.”
More than 20 European funds expressed interest in Zendr, but Copilot Capital was chosen for its deep understanding of both the business and the founders’ vision. In addition to capital, Copilot brings experience in AI, M&A and international expansion.

Founders’ view of the future
– “From the start we’ve been obsessed with simplifying shipping for companies without large logistics departments,” says Johan Sund, co‑founder of Zendr. “With Copilot Capital we gain not only financing but a partner that shares our vision and can help us scale across the Nordics and Europe.”
– “We see ourselves as our customers’ shipping partner — helping them avoid mistakes, ship more efficiently and improve logistics quality,” adds Mathias Rebane, co‑founder. “With Copilot Capital’s support we can reach thousands more SMEs and make shipping smarter, simpler and more reliable.”
Part of a broader strategy
Copilot Capital has previously invested in companies such as Relesys, SecureFlag and PriceShape and recently strengthened its team with hires including Olly Demaine (formerly of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners) and Farhana Atteib (formerly of KKR & Co. Inc.).
By adding Zendr, Copilot adds one of Europe’s most promising logistics platforms to its portfolio and further reinforces its position in software and data-driven growth.
