POPX launches BYOL for ServiceNow — gives customers full license control

POPX has launched a new way for customers to engage with the company by introducing a model that allows organizations using ServiceNow to Bring Your Own License (BYOL).

With the BYOL model, customers retain full control over their ServiceNow licenses while engaging POPX separately for delivery and managed services. This approach gives managed service providers (MSPs) clearer cost structures, greater flexibility and a simpler path to continuous support during digital transformation—without forcing services and software licenses to be bundled together.

The new model lets customers choose POPX services as needs arise, whether they are starting their ServiceNow journey, optimizing existing implementations or preparing for license renewals. It also enables closer collaboration between POPX and internal ServiceNow teams to improve outcomes for the customer.

“With BYOL we help customers extract more value from ServiceNow,” says Andy Venables, CEO of POPX. “Customers keep control of their licenses while we focus on making the platform work better for them, and they can benefit from our continuous improvement and managed services model.”

He adds that customers can select the model that best fits their organization, whether that means operating through a domain-separated POPX MSP instance, a dedicated POPX instance, or enhancing an existing or newly customer-owned environment.

The POPX platform is designed to accelerate value creation, drive implementation and deliver a more scalable and predictable ServiceNow experience. The platform includes a centralized portal for managing orders, delivering new services and aggregating alerts and incidents, giving organizations improved visibility and control across their operations.

POPX platform

The ServiceNow-powered POPX MSP platform is built to reduce risks during transformation and integration. It enables companies to consolidate applications, integrate internal and external systems and deliver end-to-end service automation.

POPX’s managed service covers the entire lifecycle—including integrations, enhancements, upgrades and ongoing maintenance—creating a stable foundation for long-term digital development.
