CONVENDUM and Dospace are launching a strategic partnership in autumn 2025 that marks an important step for the coworking industry. The collaboration aims to create greater value for members by offering more workspaces, meeting rooms and expanded benefits — both in Sweden and internationally.
Strengthened member value across the Nordics
The partnership means members can use each other’s open lounge and office spaces in multiple cities. This gives entrepreneurs, business owners and freelancers greater freedom to choose their workplace while gaining access to discounted meeting and conference rooms.

“A partnership with Dospace unlocks substantial advantages for our members, and we are pleased to offer additional value through their memberships. We also look forward to welcoming Dospace members to our locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Palma,” says Oscar Limbäck, COO at CONVENDUM.
Benefits that improve everyday work life
Members of Dospace and CONVENDUM will now have access to an expanded package of benefits:
- Complimentary breakfast, coffee and tea
- Access to networking events and activities
- Afterworks and social meetups
- The ability to book workspaces in multiple locations across Sweden and Spain
Long-term cooperation for greater flexibility
According to Niclas Söör, CEO of Dospace, the collaboration is an important step in developing the coworking sector:
“Being able to offer our members workspaces in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Palma is a major advance. We view this as the start of a long-term partnership that strengthens our offering and gives members greater flexibility.”
Focus on the future
The partnership begins on 8 September 2025 and will initially run as a trial period until 31 December. Both parties see significant potential to develop the collaboration into a long-term partnership. With the goal of building a stronger coworking community, members will gain access to more locations, enhanced benefits and new opportunities for growth.
