Charlotte joins Midagon from the consulting and audit firm Deloitte, where she spent five years as Director and Nordic Business Development Lead for SAP‑Enabled Digital Transformation and was part of Deloitte’s SAP Alliance Leadership across EMEA. Prior to that she worked at Accenture for more than twelve years in senior roles, including SAP Market Development Lead for Europe and Alliance Director for the Nordics.
At Midagon, Charlotte will further develop and strengthen the company’s ERP offering in Sweden, supporting clients as an independent and objective partner throughout the entire ERP journey — from strategy to execution.

As ERP Business Lead she will cover ERP strategy, business systems, digital transformation, change management, business development and independent advisory throughout the ERP lifecycle — from strategy and system selection to implementation and value realization.
