13‑in‑1 USB‑C Laptop Docking Station with Triple‑Display Support
Product description
This 13‑in‑1 USB‑C docking station expands a laptop’s connectivity using a single cable to the host. It packs 2 HDMI outputs and 1 DisplayPort, three USB‑C ports (one supplying up to 85W to the connected laptop, another providing 18W for charging smaller devices, and 10Gbps data capability), and three USB‑A ports rated at 5Gbps for accessories. Networked devices plug into the Gigabit Ethernet jack. Media import is supported via a full‑size SD slot and a microSD/TF slot with transfer speeds up to about 104 MB/s. A 3.5mm audio jack handles headphones or headsets, and the unit accepts DC‑IN for external power.
A 135W power adapter is included out of the box so you don’t need to buy extra power hardware to reach the dock’s full charging capacity. The enclosure combines metal and durable plastic for heat dissipation and durability, and its vertical footprint saves desk space. Physical dimensions are approximately 4.9 × 3.5 × 1.6 inches and it weighs about 13.1 ounces, making it easy to position beside a monitor or on a crowded desk.
Display support is oriented toward Windows and ChromeOS: using MST the hub can drive three external 1080p@60Hz panels for extended desktop setups, or one 4K@60Hz monitor through HDMI or DisplayPort. It works with Full‑Function USB‑C hosts, USB4, and Thunderbolt 3/4/5, but requires the host to support DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery to unlock all features. On macOS this dock will provide power and data, but macOS limits external displays to mirrored mode in most setups.
Data transfer is speedy: USB‑C ports can reach 10Gbps for compatible devices, and the SD card reader performance targets around 104 MB/s. The dock is intended to be a desktop replacement: peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitors, storage) stay connected to the dock and a single USB‑C cable connects and charges the laptop when it’s docked. The product ships with an 18‑month warranty for added peace of mind.
Pros
- Single‑cable laptop charging and connectivity
- Triple 1080p displays or single 4K@60Hz support
- Included 135W power adapter
Cons
- macOS limited to mirrored external displays
- Some users report intermittent port/display failures
- Can run warm under heavy use
VerdictA versatile single‑cable docking solution for power users who need multiple displays and a large complement of ports. It provides strong charging capability (85W to a host and 18W to a device), fast data lanes, and the ability to drive up to three 1080p displays or one 4K@60Hz screen. Windows and ChromeOS users get the most from its MST triple‑display support; Mac users will be limited to mirrored

Seamless laptop replacement for desktop use
I wanted to replace my desktop with a laptop while keeping my two big monitors, keyboard and mouse. This dock lets me keep everything plugged in and connect one USB‑C cable to the laptop for charging and peripherals. When I travel I unplug the single cable and go. Compared to cheaper docks that needed two cables, this one has been perfect for my home setup.

Good product but warranty process was frustrating
The dock worked great initially but then developed charging and monitor disconnect issues while still under warranty. I confirmed the original unit was defective by testing a different dock with the same laptop and cables. The warranty process required repeated troubleshooting and documentation and took a long time to resolve, which was the most frustrating part.

Solid performance; wish for an extra port
Good build quality and power to charge my laptop while running other devices. It replaced my laptop charger and powers multiple accessories without complaint. My only wish is for one more USB‑A or USB‑C port to reduce occasional juggling of peripherals.

USB detection was flaky — replacement fixed it
At first my keyboard would often not reappear after switching hosts or power‑cycling the dock. Sometimes none of the USB ports detected the keyboard even though it worked when plugged directly into the laptop. I reported it to support and they sent a replacement. The new unit has been working much better and I haven’t seen the keyboard issue in the week since the swap.

At last — a dock that works with everything
I tried several docks and universal hubs over months with mixed results: audio dropouts during screen sharing, erratic keyboard/mouse behavior, and monitors that wouldn’t display. After swapping through numerous options, this dock finally solved those issues across multiple Lenovo laptops. It handled monitors, audio, and peripherals without the older problems I’d been chasing. Happy to have a single reliable hub at last.

Multi‑monitor stability problems for me
After a few weeks of working fine, the dock stopped driving more than one monitor reliably. It now only runs a single display at a time and connecting both DP and HDMI makes them flicker and swap. I tried replacing cables and restarting many times. The brand offered a refund after I reported the issue, so hopefully mine was an isolated defective unit.

Productive device and excellent customer service
I had early issues: a monitor dropping and the ethernet cycling. I missed the return window but emailed support and got a same‑day response. They guided me through troubleshooting and shipped a replacement plus a return label for the defective unit. The new dock runs smoothly and like the first one I bought from them previously. Strong customer care and a working product—I’ll keep buying from this brand.

Monitor connection fails with my HP laptop
Not fully compatible with my HP system—the external monitor connection is unreliable. External keyboards and microphone function normally, but the primary reason I bought the dock (laptop‑to‑monitor video) does not work consistently.

Poor longevity and disappointing Mac support
Big warning: after about 18 months the rear USB port died and the front USB was spotty for the entire time. It never extended screens from my Mac as expected; macOS is limited to mirrored displays and the listing wasn’t clear about that. Between flaky USB ports and unstable monitor output, the unit basically stopped functioning and felt like an overpriced power brick. I no longer recommend buying this.

Mostly reliable, occasional video glitch
This dock makes it easy to connect my laptop with one cable for power, ethernet and a second monitor. I rarely use the extra USB ports or SD slot, but they’re there. I added a magnetic USB‑C adapter that supports both fast data and charging with no issues. Occasionally the external monitor won’t receive video even though the laptop sees it; power‑cycling the dock and reconnecting fixes it. It’s happened only a handful of times over hundreds of uses.

Works well on both Windows and Linux
Set it up with a Dell XPS and a USB‑C SSD for booting into Ubuntu, and it worked right away on both Ubuntu 22.04 and Windows 10. Note: to get desired resolutions you may need to set monitors to the same refresh rate first, apply the resolution, then adjust refresh rates. Otherwise everything performed as expected.

Support helped replace a failed unit quickly
After nearly a year of use the dock suddenly died and emitted a high‑pitched noise. I contacted support and, despite expecting a long fight, they were very helpful. They guided me through diagnostics and arranged for service/replacement. Given the price and my needs, their prompt and effective support was reassuring.
