New Phone, Who Dis? — Offline Text Message Party Game
Product description
What’s in the box: a deck of 50 Inbox cards and 250 Reply cards designed to create ridiculous text-message-style exchanges. The components are printed on thick, premium card stock with a glossy finish for durability and a polished look.
Who it’s for: this title is intended for adults and carries mature themes. Recommended for ages 17 and up, it’s built for parties and gatherings — from intimate evenings to larger crowds of 3–20 players. It ships as a compact, lightweight set that’s easy to pack for travel, camping, or a weekend away.
How to play: players take turns revealing an Inbox card that poses a text-style prompt. Everyone else selects their funniest Reply card in response. After the replies are played, a designated judge reads the combinations and awards a point to the response they find funniest. Rinse and repeat until someone has the most points.
Design and feel: the cards are printed on heavy card stock and finished with a glossy surface that resists wear from repeated shuffling. The small footprint and light packaging make it a convenient option for last-minute party plans or as a casual gift for adult friends.
When to use it: ideal for adult-focused events such as bachelorette nights, holiday white elephant swaps, girls’ nights, or any gathering where irreverent, off-color humor is welcome. Because of the mature content, groups with younger players should avoid this edition and opt for a family-specific set instead.
Pros
- Huge replay value with 300 cards
- Durable glossy card stock
- Quick to learn and play
Cons
- Explicit adult content
- Not suitable for children
- Some prompts may offend
VerdictA fast-paced, portable party game that leans into adult humor and improvisation. With many prompt-and-reply combos, sturdy glossy cards, and a simple judge-votes mechanic, it keeps groups entertained for repeated plays — though its explicit content makes it strictly for mature audiences.

Definitely for adults only
My partner and I had fun just the two of us, though it’s funnier with a crowd. It’s full of sexual references and not appropriate for kids—strictly an adult night game.

Got the wrong edition
I expected a milder set but received the original unfiltered version. Too explicit to play around kids—should have picked the family edition.

Entertaining for older teens and adults
Good quality cards and a lively pace. Not educational and often inappropriate for younger players, but great if your group enjoys raunchy humor.

Great when everyone’s on the same wavelength
Not something for a modest family. With the right group of loose, irreverent players this is a riot — the more people, the better. Fast to set up and play, it can get crude and may hit real-life nerves, so groups sometimes agree to remove specific cards. If you’ve played Cards Against Humanity, the vibe is familiar.

Fantastic party card game
Bought it as a birthday present and it was worth it — the family laughed nonstop. You need a group with dark or crude humor for it to shine. Only drawback: the inside of the box had an odd smell.
