NetSymphony appoints Emanuel Lipschütz as its new Chairman of the Board. With a track record as an experienced board leader and a leading specialist in networking and cybersecurity, the company brings in the expertise needed for its next phase of growth.

Emanuel Lipschütz started early in his career, founding Netsafe as a teenager. Under his leadership the company grew into a leading systems integration and cybersecurity provider, and in 2015 Netsafe merged with Conscia. He served as CTO and Cybersecurity Director until 2024. When he left the company in 2024, revenue exceeded SEK 700 million and the workforce numbered more than a hundred employees.

Emanuel Lipschütz is now recognized as one of Europe’s most highly certified specialists in networking and cybersecurity and is the only Swede to have received Cisco’s Sirius Top Quality Instructor Award. Beyond his roles at Netsafe and Conscia, he has played key parts in several investments and company launches and is frequently sought after as an advisor, speaker and commentator on cybersecurity topics.

“Many organizations today operate network and security solutions that, despite being state-of-the-art, are difficult to oversee and manage,” says Emanuel Lipschütz. “NetSymphony’s platform addresses these challenges by automating network changes end-to-end, delivering clear benefits such as fewer errors, less manual work and faster deployments.”

He believes the platform is the missing piece organizations need to meet stricter requirements introduced by the Cyber Resilience Act, the NIS2 directive and Sweden’s cybersecurity legislation.

“With NetSymphony you gain visibility across the entire network environment while documentation is generated automatically — a vital capability for meeting demands for traceability, governance and regulatory compliance.”

“When a profile of Emanuel’s caliber chooses to take on the chairmanship, it tells the market where we stand and where we are heading. His credibility in the industry opens doors, and his experience scaling companies gives us concrete answers to the challenges we face today.”

About the NetSymphony platform

NetSymphony is a Swedish-developed, vendor-agnostic orchestration platform for network and security environments.

NetSymphony integrates existing systems — such as NAC, network segmentation, IPAM and CMDB — into unified workflows. It does not replace current solutions; instead, it ensures that changes, configurations and lifecycle management are performed consistently, automatically and with full traceability.

The result is consistent control regardless of vendor, reduced manual work and improved ability to maintain segmentation, governance and regulatory compliance over time.

NetSymphony also participates in cybersecurity innovation initiatives funded by the EU and Sweden’s Civil Contingencies Agency, focusing in part on technical prerequisites for implementing the NIS2 directive.
