Since Gibon Stockholm was re-established earlier this year, both Erik and now Jacob have concentrated on expanding a local, personal and modern IT delivery. Jacob joining as co-owner is a strategic move to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the region.

How have you worked over the years?
– Over the years I have worked with a strong emphasis on clarity, structure and continuous development. I believe in present and transparent leadership, where relationships, trust and responsibility go hand in hand. I have always aimed to create organisations where people understand where we are going, why we do what we do and how we will get there together. This time will be no different.
What drives you?
– I am driven by making things work: simple, clear and without unnecessary complications. I enjoy keeping oversight, creating order and ensuring everything is in place, whether that concerns contracts, systems or routines. It gives me peace of mind to stay one step ahead and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What experience and knowledge do you bring from the IT industry?
– I have led companies in other industries, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership, business development and building efficient organisations. Within IT I have broad and long-standing experience, from first-line support for small businesses to managing complex IT projects for large companies with thousands of employees across multiple countries. That combination has provided me with both a deep understanding of user needs and a strategic overview of how modern IT environments must operate to deliver stability, growth and business value.
