Product description

The instax mini LiPlay+ is a hybrid instant camera and smartphone printer presented in a textured Sand Beige finish. It pairs a Main Camera with a wide‑angle Selfie Camera so you can shoot two perspectives and merge them with Layered Photo Mode. The rear 3" LCD lets you preview and edit images before printing.

Creative controls include a 2‑second and 10‑second self‑timer, automatic exposure and flash management, instax‑Rich and instax‑Natural color modes, plus a selection of artistic filters for finishing touches. Photos captured on a phone can be printed wirelessly over Bluetooth using the free instax mini LiPlay app, which also enables remote shooting, adds frames, stickers and text overlays.

Sound features let you attach short audio clips to prints using instax Sound Print — four recording options attach a 3‑second voice or ambient clip to a printed photo that can be heard by scanning its QR code. The instax Sound Album turns image collections into animated, music‑backed videos. Audio data is retained securely for up to 24 months.

For storage and power the camera includes a USB‑Type‑C charging port and a Micro SD card slot (Micro SD card sold separately). The unit requires instax mini instant film (sold separately) for physical prints. The LiPlay+ is offered in two premium textured colors, Sand Beige and Midnight Blue, in a slim rectangular body designed for portability.

    The package was unsealed and there were fingerprints on the screen protector, which is worrying. It’s meant to be a gift, so I haven’t powered it on yet. I opened it only because the seal was broken to confirm the contents were all present. Paying full price for a product that’s arrived clearly tampered with feels unacceptable.
