On one of Stockholm’s most prominent streets, in a building with a century-old history, CONVENDUM has opened its new flagship at Kungsgatan 7–15. The space encompasses just over 7,600 square meters with more than 160 private offices, six lounges, an interior courtyard, and a unique café concept, CONVENDUM Coffee, greeting visitors in the entrance.

An increasing number of companies, both small and large and at various stages of development, are choosing coworking. In Stockholm, roughly 50,000 square meters of coworking space were expected to open during 2022. As Sweden’s largest coworking operator, CONVENDUM will account for more than half of those newly opened square meters.
CONVENDUM’s new flagship is part of several major expansions across Sweden and Europe. In September, CONVENDUM will open its first European coworking location in Palma, Mallorca, continuing the company’s international growth.
