CONVENDUM is expanding its presence in Gothenburg, having signed a lease for 4,260 square meters in Wallenstam’s property at Stampgatan 14. The lease covers three floors, providing office and conference spaces on the seventh, eighth and ninth floors.

The new location will include several components: a conference center and lounge, Private Offices (individual office rooms), and the “Big Office” concept — flexible, larger premium offices offered as an all-inclusive solution with furniture, technology and support services. Move-in is expected to begin in October 2023.

Stampgatan 14 offers large, productive floor plates and features a unique fan-shaped construction that creates a sense of space and an exceptional experience. The building has windows on all sides, and the upper floors provide sweeping views over much of Gothenburg as well as a terrace of more than 100 square meters.

Wallenstam will now renovate and modernize the building and add an additional 1.5 floors. The refurbishment is scheduled for completion in autumn 2023.
