Live Expo launches Business Tech, a new trade fair focused on technology-driven business development. The event will run alongside Stockholm Business Expo on 24–25 February 2027 at Kistamässan. Business Tech is specifically designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises make better technology decisions.
The initiative responds to a growing need among small and medium-sized businesses. Although many companies recognize technology as a key growth factor, they often lack the right contacts, practical insights and concrete solutions to take the next step.

“Many companies get stuck between strategy and execution. They know where they want to go but lack the right tools and partners to get there. Business Tech aims to make that journey easier,” says Maria Geterud, Head of Business at Live Expo.
Business Tech brings together vendors, experts and decision-makers in digital tools, AI and business development. The fair focuses on concrete solutions and measurable business benefits, aiming to create meetings that lead to collaborations and investments.
The event runs in parallel with Stockholm Business Expo, Sales & Marketing Expo and Meetings & Event. Together they form a broad and dynamic meeting place where technology, business and marketing intersect. This combination adds perspectives, strengthens the overall offering and increases opportunities for cross-industry partnerships and deals.
Stockholm Business Expo attracts thousands of visitors, over 150 exhibitors and a comprehensive stage program each year. With the launch of Business Tech, the fair strengthens its position as a central meeting place for companies looking to develop their business and future-proof their operations.
Stockholm Business Expo will be held on 24–25 February 2027 at Kistamässan in Stockholm.

Nordic relevance
Business Tech 2027 marks an important launch for business technology, AI and digital business development in Sweden and the Nordic region. The new fair positions Stockholm and Kistamässan as central meeting points for small and medium-sized companies seeking concrete digital tools, vendors, partners and business insights. For businesses in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, Business Tech strengthens the Nordic market for innovation, SaaS, AI solutions, cybersecurity, martech, sales enablement and digital transformation.
What this means for Swedish companies
Business Tech can become a key gathering for companies that want to identify which technology investments actually drive growth, efficiency and competitiveness. For small and medium-sized businesses, it offers a more practical route from strategy to execution by providing access to vendors, experts and hands-on solutions.
What this means for MSPs in the Nordics
For MSPs, resellers, consultants and technology partners across the Nordics, Business Tech creates opportunities to meet new customers, build relationships and showcase offerings in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, automation and business systems. The event also strengthens the ecosystem between vendors and end customers in the Nordic SMB market.
Opportunities and risks
The opportunity lies in Business Tech becoming a strong platform for deals, knowledge sharing and partner-driven growth in Sweden and the Nordics. The risk is that companies without the right strategy or vendor support continue to stall between ambition and implementation. Events that combine technology, business development and practical solutions are therefore increasingly important for future-proofing organizations.
