Arrow Electronics Boosts AI Features in ArrowSphere to Strengthen Resellers’ Cloud Strategies

Global technology solutions provider Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) has enhanced its AI-powered ArrowSphere Cloud platform, enabling resellers and partners to build custom AI assistants that leverage their own data, workflows, content and vendor-specific information to drive efficiency, reduce costs and accelerate time-to-market.

Arrow introduced ArrowSphere Assistant, powered by ArrowSphere AI, in March 2024. ArrowSphere Cloud users rely on the tool to manage critical aspects of their cloud operations, including FinOps, SecOps and sustainability. The latest upgrades to the ArrowSphere AI platform multiply its capabilities exponentially, producing tangible business benefits for resellers and partners and helping them maximize success.

ArrowSphere AI now includes hundreds of ready-to-use use cases and prompts designed to speed adoption and enhance channel partners’ go-to-market strategies. AI assistants can be customized to support the full sales lifecycle—from marketing and lead generation to sales enablement, business support and catalog management. They draw on partner data sources and vendor information to improve support for end customers.

The expanded ArrowSphere AI features and custom assistant tools are available in a limited release to ArrowSphere users.
