Swedish SaaS company NetSymphony is strengthening its commitment to the German-speaking market by appointing Andreas Harting as Managing Director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Harting will assume the role on 1 June 2026 and will be responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships and future financing initiatives in the region.
This appointment marks an important step in NetSymphony’s European expansion and underscores its ambition to become a leading provider of network automation and network governance solutions in the German-speaking market.
Brings experience from Deloitte Digital
Andreas Harting has a long background in digital transformation, marketing and business development. He most recently served as Senior Partner at Deloitte and was a co-founder of Deloitte Digital GmbH in Germany, where he helped organisations develop digital business models and strengthen customer centricity.
Previously, Harting was Senior Vice President Global Marketing at Oerlikon Group, where he led a comprehensive brand and transformation program. He was also a co-founder of UnitedScreens, one of the Nordic region’s early companies in digital media and influencer marketing.
Harting is already an investor and board member at NetSymphony and will now take a more operational role to drive the company’s expansion across the DACH region.
Will accelerate growth in Germany
NetSymphony views Germany as one of Europe’s most important markets for digitalisation, network modernisation and cybersecurity. With Harting’s experience and network, the company aims to accelerate growth and deepen relationships with customers, partners and investors.
“Andreas has spent his career building organisations that truly put the customer at the centre. That is exactly what NetSymphony needs as we scale in Germany. We do not just sell software; we create an entire customer experience, and Andreas is a role model for that,” says Dennis Jansson, CEO of NetSymphony.
A natural next step
For Andreas Harting, the combination of entrepreneurship, technology and international growth made the role particularly attractive.
“What attracted me to NetSymphony was the strength of the founding team, the clarity of the business model and the genuine Swedish tech culture. The chance to build and scale something on a European—and potentially global—level with an outstanding team was a very compelling next entrepreneurial step,” says Andreas Harting.
Stronger position in Europe’s largest industrial market
Through this hire, NetSymphony gains access to an extensive industrial, commercial and political network in Germany that Harting has built up over decades.
This access provides the company with opportunities to more rapidly establish strategic relationships in one of Europe’s largest technology and industrial markets, while demand for automation, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance continues to grow.
