Sigma Technology is partnering with the non-profit organization Öppet Hus to support its mentoring program for young adults with foreign backgrounds in Sweden.
Öppet Hus is a non-profit association founded in 2009 in Gothenburg. Politically and religiously independent, the organization focuses on diversity and inclusion. Öppet Hus provides free professional mentoring programs for young adults who have moved to Sweden from other countries, together with activities that expand networks, open employment opportunities, and promote personal development.
Sigma Technology’s involvement in the mentoring program
Starting in 2025, Sigma Technology is proud to collaborate with Öppet Hus. Sigma Technology will participate in the Öppet Hus mentoring program, identify projects and initiatives to support the organization’s mission, and encourage professional networking and knowledge exchange.
“We have incredible diversity within our team, with colleagues from over 40 different countries who bring their experiences, backgrounds and stories. Our employees are true role models; many have firsthand experience establishing themselves in a new place and building a professional network. We look forward to working with Öppet Hus and contributing to their inspiring mission to make the Swedish labor market more accessible,” says Nataly Lamkén, Chief Communications Officer at Sigma Technology Group.
“Öppet Hus is grateful and pleased to partner with Sigma Technology in 2025. Your contribution is invaluable to our work promoting diversity and inclusion. Together we will create new opportunities for young adults with foreign backgrounds and local companies in Gothenburg. Thank you for your commitment and support,” says Sofia Bruce, Executive Director of Öppet Hus.
