Westcon Comstor Expands Weblib Partnership Through AWS Marketplace

Westcon Comstor Weblib AWS Marketplace partnership expands as Westcon Comstor becomes the exclusive distributor of Weblib’s Smart Wifi solution via AWS Marketplace for partners across EMEA and internationally.

Westcon Comstor today announced an expanded collaboration with Weblib through a new agreement tied to the AWS Marketplace. The partnership is designed to improve partner access, simplify transactions and billing, and open new growth opportunities for channel partners across multiple regions.

Westcon Comstor is a global technology distributor specializing in cybersecurity, networking and hybrid cloud. With the extended agreement, partners can buy and resell Weblib’s cloud-based Smart Wifi solution directly through AWS Marketplace. This approach streamlines procurement and invoicing while enabling faster, more scalable delivery to end customers.

Under the agreement, Westcon Comstor can list Weblib’s software offerings as a private listing on the AWS Marketplace. Partners in the UK, Europe and the Middle East will have access to a comprehensive commercial model that allows Smart Wifi to be offered as part of integrated cloud services. The solution is built to deliver a seamless transactional experience for both partners and their customers.

Weblib, headquartered in Paris, has joined Westcon Comstor’s AWS Marketplace program, which was launched to simplify partner access to cloud marketplaces. The program also includes established technology vendors such as Cisco and Juniper Networks, creating a robust ecosystem with deep technical expertise.

Analyst forecasts from Omdia predict that channel partners will handle roughly 59 percent of the estimated $163 billion expected to be spent on hyperscaler cloud marketplaces by 2030. Westcon Comstor positions its AWS Marketplace initiative to help partners capitalize on this trend by providing structures, tools and support aimed at accelerating deal cycles and improving profitability.

The program is based on the AWS Designated Seller of Record model and offers partners access to a wide range of support services. These include guidance from a dedicated internal team, multi-currency billing capabilities and the ability to bundle multiple products into a single offering. This enables partners to create comprehensive solutions tailored to specific industries and customer requirements.

The long-term collaboration between Westcon Comstor and Weblib began in France and expanded across the EMEA region last year. Weblib’s Smart Wifi technology gives organizations full control over their networks and delivers insights into user behavior while maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.

The solution is deployed across retail, hospitality, education and healthcare sectors, where reliable connectivity, analytics and insight-driven optimization are critical for both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Cloud marketplaces such as the AWS Marketplace are playing an increasingly central role in how software is bought, sold and delivered globally. For channel partners, this means new business models, faster time to market and simplified administration. Collaborations like the Westcon Comstor–Weblib AWS Marketplace partnership demonstrate how distributors and software vendors can jointly deliver scalable, compliant offerings that meet growing demand across industries.
