Nexer Names Susanne Hjälmered Chief Talent Officer

To accelerate growth and secure long-term success, Nexer Group strengthens its global talent strategy by appointing Susanne Hjälmered as Chief Talent Officer (CTO). This newly created role will bolster Nexer’s ability to attract, develop and retain top talent in an increasingly competitive market.

Experience and expertise in recruitment

With more than 20 years of experience in recruitment and consultancy — including co-founding Nexer Recruit in 2014 — Susanne brings extensive expertise in talent management and leadership. As Chief Talent Officer, she will lead key initiatives to refine and harmonize recruitment processes across all of the company’s business areas, enhance candidate attraction strategies and develop a long-term employer branding plan. A central focus will be leveraging the latest technology, including AI-powered tools, to optimize recruitment and talent management.
