33.5-inch Foldable Aerobic Step Platform — 3 Height Settings

Product description

This aerobic step comes with the main folding deck plus four risers that nest inside a dedicated compartment beneath the platform for tidy storage. When opened the stepping surface measures approximately 33.5 × 12.8 inches; when folded it reduces to about 12.8 × 16.5 × 6.9 inches, saving floor space.

The unit provides three selectable heights — roughly 4 inches, 5.5 inches, and 7.5 inches — so you can vary workout intensity for step routines, plyometrics, or strength movements. The top features a textured, non-slip surface and the underside has anti-skid rubber pads to improve stability and protect flooring.

Manufactured from durable, high-strength recyclable plastic, the platform is intended for repeated use and is rated to support up to 300 pounds. The risers tuck into the proprietary storage area at the bottom of the step, allowing quick transition between use and compact storage in a home or office.

Designed for a range of exercises, the step works for step-ups, HIIT sessions, squats, push-ups, and mountain climbers. Varying the height and workout combinations can help with strength development, calorie burn, and overall body toning.

Pros

  • Three adjustable height settings
  • Built-in storage for four risers
  • Textured, anti-slip top with rubber feet

Cons

  • Some users report folding/assembly problems
  • Feet may detach during setup
  • Edges can split under heavy strain

VerdictA space-conscious step platform that offers three adjustable heights, an anti-slip surface, and built-in riser storage. The high-strength plastic holds up to 300 lb and rubber feet protect floors. Practical for home workouts, though some buyers report issues with the folding parts and fit.

Reviews

  1. GaGirl 5/5

    Solid and steady for seniors

Well-built and stable — a dependable option for an elderly user.

  2. Selena 4/5

    Great, would like extra risers

Works really well for at-home sessions and stores away easily. Would be nicer if add-on risers were available for extra height.

  3. Doug 2/5

    Not recommended

Good height, but it cracked along the center while folding; construction felt weak.

  4. Thomas E Walker 1/5

    More trouble than it's worth

The fold feature seemed handy but was fiddly. Assembly was awkward, the feet pop off frequently and are hard to reseat. Performs fine once set up, but durability is a concern.

  5. PhillipintheValley 3/5

    Poor construction

Not well engineered — the platform pieces can dislodge from the base and nothing secures it shut when stored.
